The OEM pulley on my car's AC compressor had a lot of play in it when I was changing the belt. After searching the web, this company was the only ones that I could find that would source a pulley rather than tell me I need a whole new compressor. They matched the pulley I needed based on my vehicle VIN number and brand of compressor. I received the pulley in the UK a little over a week later, fit it and everything is currently working perfectly. Many thanks. If you're looking at the photos, I've attached the old one I needed to replace first and the newly supplied good one on the car.

I purchased a pulley for the air conditioner compressor on my Mercedes from this company. The part failed after 7 months and only 5000km of use causing thousands off dollars damage. I have been it touch with them and they have admitted there is problems with the pulley and they have asked there suppliers in China to improve the product. I have tried to claim under warranty.They are refusing to meet there obligations . I am now pursuing legal actions. I believed I was purchasing a quality German product but have since found they are importing cheap aftermarket Chinese parts. Avoid this company at all costs. Do not make the same mistake I made it is costing me a lot of time and thousands of dollars.

In response to the owners reply. I have supplied all the receipts and invoices from the mechanic for the parts and repairs needed to repair the damage caused by the faulty pulley. In total $3064.76 AU. I have supplied photos of what is left of your pulley and the damage caused.Your initial response to me I have copied and pasted below.

Zexel/Valeo DCS-17/KC-88 A/C Compressors (Mercedes and VAG application) has unfortunate Pulley design. First of all connection between plastic pulley and bearing.
Few months ago we asked our supplier to improve it.
We can deliver it for few days.

I did not ask you to send replacement parts you insisted that this is all you needed to do to meet your warranty commitments. You said it would take a few days. It took over a month and the parts were wrong and did not fit my car. The original Mercedes pulley lasted 165000km and I only replaced due to the bearing was getting noisy. Your pulley only lasted less than 5000km and caused thousands of dollars in damage.Even if the parts did fit my car there is no way I was stupid enough to fit another one of your pulleys to my car. The genuine Mercedes pulley I have now fitted has done more KM's than your pulley did is still going strong and is covered by a warranty that means something.
Gregory you are the most dishonest person I have ever dealt with. You have been telling me you will honour your obligations for months and I have given you all the information you asked for.
Also to anyone that has bothered to read this far. The only positive review this company has is from the owner. He even used his company logo in the top corner(This has been removed by Google. Conflict of interest.)
