I can’t say that I have had my share of experience at this office , but my significant other has . He has medical issues that are concerning and not 1 MA can answer the phone ! His medical condition has been addressed and has been ignored by this office . I would hate for this to happen to any patient as well . This is seriously patient neglect and malpractice. There are consequences for this and don’t mind filling a complaint and also towards the staff . There are legal actions that can be taken as well . FYI for anyone who comes across this , dnt bring your loved ones here .

We recently had a terrible experience at this office with Dr Henry Hu. I brought my son in for a follow up after his knee was dislocated. Dr Hu rushed into the room, asked him how his knee felt briefly, instructed us to go get an X-ray and make another appointment to come back. He never even looked at or touched his knee. I inquired why he could not refer to the X-ray taken three weeks prior because I wasn’t sure insurance would pay for another X-ray for the same thing. He explained that he needed a more current X-ray in order to recommend returning to school sports. Okay. I understood this and yet he was already clearly becoming agitated with me and raising his volume. I asked if he could just email a letter to us after reviewing the X-ray instead of us having to make the hour round trip drive again. He said he would not. Again, he raised his voice even more as if I were being belligerent. I continued referring to him as “sir” and explained I was just trying to understand their protocol since there’s no way I would be familiar with it. He said he already explained it and pointed to my son saying “he understood me, why don’t you” to which my son did not confirm. Toward the end of our interaction he told me to “just be quiet.” I told him I would never be coming back to which he replied “good.” It was clear from the start he is a doctor that wants patients who just follow orders and don’t question anything. I would recommend everyone avoid Dr Hu. If you absolutely must visit this office, try any other doctor.

Very long wait times (regularly 1-2 hours past the appointment time) and difficult to get ahold of over the phone. Rooms and waiting area did not seem very clean or well maintained and it was always extremely hot in the building. Not a great option for a pediatric office.

The office Should all be fired? Never follow-up. They think this is a joke with people's health. The nurse practitioner Randy is a good person. He does a great job. It just getting office to do theirs Job, they think it's a playground, I think.

Wish I'd checked reviews before I picked this Dr. Never actually seen the doctor, only his PA. Office staff does not answer the phone. They do not respond to the pharmacy for refills. You can't even leave a message for a call back because mailbox is full.
Save your own life and pick another doctor.

Honestly, I would not recommend this office to anyone. The girls in the office never answer the phone and they’re rude. I’ve been calling them since January. Before that, I was on medication that needed approval monthly and I could never get in. I never consistently got my medication. Dr Reeves was nice and helpful, but they absolutely need new staff.
But shame on me, I was also warned about them not answering. Even the people in the pharmacy know about this office. They know that if they need to call for an approval, they won’t be able to get in touch with anyone.

Randy yergensen is great but only there 1-2 days and is fully booked. Getting referrals prossed is a joke, and getting through on the phone is nearly impossible
