Caitlin is literally the best. I try not to bother the office too much, but unfortunately I have a lot of medical problems. She is not only unbelievably kind every time I reach out, but she is extremely responsive and helpful. I’ve been to 30+ doctors before and after being diagnosed with TOS. I have always had to fight and advocate for myself, which is why I really love this place. I have never had to do that here, they actually want to help you. I developed TOS when I was 23, and have been a patient of Dr. Pearl’s for the past three years. They have continued to help me with my ongoing problems and symptoms that other doctors can’t figure out. I am a complicated patient, but they have never turned me away. I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for Dr. Pearl and Caitlin. Thank you for always trying to make life better for me. You guys are amazing.

My first experience was an office visit it was kind of confusing. I thought they forgot me in a room. The nurse practitioner phoned me immediately after I left to explain my test results. She was wonderful and restored my faith in the practice. Not long after that Dr. Kedora phoned me as well, he explained what was going on with me and what type of procedure was needed.
Today I had my procedure and everyone was professional and took outstanding care of me. As a nurse I would highly recommend this practice.

Liechty is the worst doctor ever, he has zero morals and no ethics. I won't recommend him even to my enemies.

After failure to seal off my vein during the surgery and I heard him telling the ultra sound tech "scratch that", meaning he can't seal it,
The ultrasound tech was shocked that he left my leg without treating it. But she couldn’t say anything to not get in trouble.
I had another surgery on my other leg two weeks later, and he said you are completely fine and the first surgery is successful.
He left me in severe pain for another year.
I went three times afterward to see him and have more ultrasound done. Just to pay more and more money, and finally after half a dozen of voicemail for him to call me back, he told me that I need another surgery and he didn't know about that other vein, which is a complete lie, that vein was the main issue and the reason of all the pain and suffering I went through.

Finally I saw another great and honest doctor that treated me. His name is Dr. Ali Ahsan in Farmers Branch.

My mother had out patient surgery scheduled with Dr. Henry and was not supposed to be given intravenous iodine because she is severely allergic. We were assured that it would not be used during the procedure but when she got there they told her they would have to use a little. She had to be rushed to the ER afterwards because she had an allergic reaction. I called and requested to hear back from the doctor, still have not heard from them.

My first visit was in 2002. 3 or four procedures, last one Dec 2019. I am 72 year old man and I would recommend all to these folks. The reason for only 4 stars is it takes several calls to have someone return your appointment call and I would like to see the doctor after a procedure.

First of all the phone systems ALWAYS puts you to voicemail even if you are calling to confirm an appointment. Even if you get someone you are put on hold immediately.Waiting to see the doctor for post operative surgery took over 21/2hrs. The staff seems like they are newbies in a shoe store. Please do not come to this facility. I recommend to seek another vascular doctors and staff.

My husband saw Dr. Chu and I can't say enough on how good he was and how he answered all my husbands's questions. But I can only give 3 stars because they use an outside billing company that couldn't process a claim correctly if their lives depended on it. I have been on the phone with them twice now explaining how to read an EOB. They are trying to charge me $1,800 when I only owe them $170.97 due to the negotiated rates with the insurance company. They need to fire this outside billing company and find a new one.
