Walked in for emergency. First time there. I Was put into a room without having finished paperwork because the doctor had to leave. I left the office without my issue resolved. They wanted me to pay $350 just to remove the band on my braces that was broken. $175 of that was just so they can start a file for me and claim me as their patient. They are money hungry. I spent more time talking about payments then I did seeing the doctor and discussing my options for treatment. There are signs plastered all over the office regarding money/payment and that it is collected every month with appt or no appt. It’s Just not a good look and bad service especially from the lady in the front. I went somewhere else paid $50 and had my issue solved which was a removal of my band. Don’t come here.

Dr. Cupo's office is amazing the BEST of the BEST. His staff is friendly and super welcoming. I went there a couple years back for my crooked teeth and he allowed me to pay off my braces using a VERY AFFORDABLE payment plan. My teeth are BEAUTIFUL! Thank you Dr. Cupo 🙂

I’ve always came to them when I was a kid and the staff has always treated me like family and now that I came back to get a new retainer it was really nice to see that all the staff was still there and extremely friendly and warm welcoming. I am extremely happy with my results and how fast and attentive their service always is. I will always recommend Dr. Cupo to all my family and friends!

I have been taking my family to Dr. Cupo for awhile now. I have only but great things to share about Dr.Cupo and his staff! I read some of the other reviews and can’t imagine it is the same office. They have always assisted not only by working with my insurance but have always provided clear instructions to follow between appointments. I have been going to Dr. Cupo for years!! My teeth are beautiful and I have recommended all my friends and family to him and no complaints! The staff is extremely helpful and if I had any concerns the manager was always there to assist.
