Herr Macit ist ein sehr netter und kompetenter Verkäufer.
Vom ersten Telefonat bis zum Kaufabschluss war alles super.
Wir hatten bei der Probefahrt ca 7 Mängel festgestellt. Alles ehr kosmetische Kleinigkeiten.
Nach Sichtung hat er alles aufgenommen und zur Reparatur geschickt. Ganz ohne Probleme und weitere Kosten.
Da waren wir wirklich sehr überrascht und froh.

Also ich kann dieses Autohaus nur empfehlen, da wir im Laufe unserer Suche in vielen Teilen von Deutschland Kontakt mit Verkäufern hatten. Keiner war so problemlos wie Herr Macit.

The warm welcome, listening and trying to understand our German patiently, and the willingness to help with our urgent electrical problem so that we could continue our journey, was outstanding! The very kind technician was able to rectify a faulty part very quickly, and even did this without charge. We are so very grateful!!
We would not hesitate to come back another time if we lived nearby and wish there were more places like this garage!

Amazing! Super nice!
We are travelling from Spain to Norway. Yesterday we had a motor code alarm, we could only drive in emergency mode. We went to the first Auto Haus we found and they changed the oil and the filter as the computer said it was the problem. They couldn't reset the alarm so today we came here, to Citroen. This wonderful man Vilal Omar is helping us from the very first minute. He has successfully reset the computer so it is fixed now, we can drive normally again. He also brought us water for the dog and some cookies for us while waiting. He is making a text right now, driving with us to check it doesn't appear the same problem again.
Now we can continue our trip!!! Wish there were more people like him.

Estamos viajando desde España a Noruega. Ayer nos saltó una alarma de motor y solo podíamos conducir en modo emergencia. Paramos en el primer taller que vimos y tras revisar con el ordenador, cambiaron el aceite y filtro porque estaban mal. No pudieron resetear el ordenador y por tanto seguíamos conduciendo en modo emergencia. Hoy, en este taller, Bilal Omar nos ha reseteado el ordenador, nos ha atendido super amable desde el minuto 1, le ha dado agua al perro y unas galletas a nosotros y ahora mismo está probando la furgo con nosotros para ver qué no da el mismo problema. Espectacular. Ojalá hubiese más gente como él. Ahora ya podemos seguir con el viaje!!
