Llevé mi carro nuevo al Lincoln Service Center en Doral porque el volante está visiblemente torcido y el carro ligeramente desalineado. Tenía altas expectativas de este lugar, pero lamentablemente mi experiencia fue decepcionante.

Dejé el vehículo con ellos durante cuatro días, esperando que solucionaran el problema. Sin embargo, cuando fui a recogerlo, me dijeron que el carro "no tenía nada" y no hicieron ningún ajuste. Adjunto fotos que muestran claramente cómo el volante está desalineado incluso cuando el carro va recto.

Esperaba un servicio más profesional y soluciones reales, especialmente tratándose de un problema evidente en un carro nuevo. Definitivamente no recomendaría este lugar si buscan una solución efectiva a sus problemas.

Pedí mi mantenimiento en la corsair y me mandaron el mobil a una dirección equivocada primero, se fueron a hacer otro mantenimiento y a hablar con Michael me dijo que el iba a la dirección correcta a las 12:30 a mi casa, yo me encontraba bañando a mi bebé cuando el señor llego media hora antes e hizo una llamada frente a mi casa sin bajarse ni tocar un timbre, duró frente a mi casa exactamente 38 segundos, por lo que el señor Michael decidió irse sin más ni más, al llamarlo me dijo que así funcionaban las cosas con ellos, y que el no iba a regresar. Pésima atención, desde la persona que le dio la dirección equivocada hasta el. Mi empresa trabaja en servicio al cliente y estos comportamientos y malos tratos al customer son inaceptables.

I have been a loyal Lincoln customer for over 10 years. In the last two years my honeymoon stage has crumbled. It's not the brand, it's the poor service I have got in the last two visits to Doral Lincoln. I took my car yesterday to fix a flat tire. Brisaida was the advisor assigned, and apparently it was not a good day for her. When buying a luxury car, you expect a warm welcome, you expect the advisor to pick up the keys, to give clear and precise instructions. After all this I got a quote to change my tire because the flat was impossible to fix. Brisaida mentioned that the tire was 420 dollars plus installation fees. I explained her that the tire was available online on Tire Rack, Costco, and Tire Kingdom for 320 dollars. I asked for maybe a price match or a coupon, things that you normally do in a privately and family owned business like Doral Lincoln. No choices for me, take it or leave it. That was her answer with a poker face. Definitely was not a good day for her. I am not going to stop buying Lincolns because of a series of negative experiences, but I think it is time for management to go back to the days when buying at Doral Lincoln was a pleasant experience. When I left the dealership, they didn't even bother to return the keys in person or remove a sign from the top of the car. It was just a hand sign from an office. Doral Lincoln does not offer a luxurious experience anymore.

Horrible for service, I wait 2:30 hours for oil change and I had an appointment, the person supposed to tell me how long will take but he never came to me and ending waiting 2 hours. Plus the system was down and they don’t speak English.

I made an appointment to address a wind noise, an oil change and two recalls, I took my car on Thursday 12/15/2022 today is Saturday 17th and still not done , but what is worst and irritating is the poor customer service, I was told yesterday by Flor, the car will be ready in 1-1/2 hours and I will have a call back with an update, that was a response on "5 different times" and nobody ever bothered to call back, nor once, Flor the service representative, looks that she do not represent well, neither the dealer or the client. Today Saturday at 4 pm a technician took my call and courteously told me the hard truth, but truth indeed, the car will not be ready until someday next week, at least I can rent a car in the absence of mine in the meantime. Very dispointing
