Just got 4 wisdom teeth pulled out and I am shocked at reading all these reviews. I had such a great experience at this office. The receptionist was amazing! Super sweet, informative and VERY PATIENT! everything was fast and easy. I chose to be sedated since pulling teeth is traumatizing. The Dr put and IV on my right hand which I didn't feel at all she has great hands!! I was out super fast and next thing I knew I was done. They called my husband to come for me and wheeled me out of there. They gave me a little bag with gauze and instructions but they also were every informative before the procedure going over all the instructions. They were sweet to me and straight to the point which is getting my teeth out. My recovery is going great, almost no swelling and no pain. My father also had the same experience with her so I give it 5 stars.

My mother just had an extraction and the experience wasnt pleasant. I should’ve read all of these reviews before letting her come to this place. As said the nurses and the front staff are very nice and helpful but the doctor doesn’t care about her patients. She left a mark on my mom’s lip , the extraction was very painful and when my mom told her it was painful she didn’t believe her. Very inhumane. Is it because she has an HMO that she gets treated this way? I work with doctors myself and I would never treat my patients this way.

Office “manager” is a liar and is rude. I’ve called continuously for weeks, twice a week for updates on a wisdom tooth extraction, every phone call was answered RUDELY and without care. I call my insurance company, the dental codes are covered, and they never received any contact from this office. I was told every week that they SENT THE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION the DAY of my consultation, which was September 6th, 2023. Today is October 4th, 2024, I had to go in person to ask about the prior authorization (which I received a message about it being “not covered” by my insurance). The office “manager” was instantly rude, and is the same person who continuously lied to me for weeks on end about sending the prior authorization, which come to find out was never sent…. Which was the entire reason why I had an appointment. And NOW, the office staff “manager” is stating that this provider is the one who doesn’t have a specific contract with my insurance company for the procedure needed. READING IS FUNDAMENTAL, and please if you are not familiar with your job or duties, please educate yourself to better provide for your patients/ clients.

This is probably the best place you could go to in order to get your wisdom teeth removed, the doctor was very patient and understanding and very careful when extracting my teeth, she constantly asked if i was feeling any pain or discomfort, and the office ladies were very friendly and made me laugh, the vibes were great. Definitely recommend Regina Saenz if you’re looking for the right place to get your surgery done.

Everybody from the staff to the doctor are just wonderful. This doctor has the hands of an angel. I thought she was still trying to get my tooth out cuz I didn't feel anything and the truth was already pulled. I was like wow! Please do yourself a favor if you have problems with your teeth go see this doctor.

My Mom took me to the Doctor to get my Wisdom teeth removed. I was super scared at first not ever having surgery but the Doctor and her team were really nice and made me feel comfy. Dr. Saenz explained everything before she started, so I knew what was gonna happen. When it was time for the surgery, it went by really quick. After, I felt a little funny from the medicine, but it didn't hurt much at all. Dr. Saenz even gave me a care baggie to help kick start my recovery. Overall, getting my wisdom teeth out wasn't very bad thanks to Dr. Saenz and her crew I was in and out and felt better in no time. 10/10 would recommend for kids like me and though I cant speak for adults, I presume it would be just as smooth of an experience.

My name Aida Nammour, I gave 2 because the staff were very nice and friendly, otherwise I will give the doctor zero
She has no empathy, no feelings and not friendly. She pulled out my two teeth, finished turned to her computer and that’s it, not a word and never looked at me after that, her assistance gave me my purse and told me take care, and that’s it. I left in a minute, they didn’t even give me time to ask any questions or just sit for a minute after they pulled my teeth.
Very disappointed with the doctor. I would not go again for anything, except if I need to follow up.

Went there today to get a wisdom tooth pulled and i have never in my life felt so disrespected by a doctor in my life . Regina which is the one who does the procedures she came in introduced herself she then explained to me how to process goes i signed paperwork while i was doing that she walked out to work on another patient i seen this happening after i decided to get up from laying in the chair waiting on her for god knows how long. she came in and opened my mouth and started to put the numbing cream on when she did she was being ruff i didn't say anything about that but when she came with that huge needle to inject the medicine she was being ruff again like she didn't have care in the world about she was handling me she goes to her computer ,she had 2 other people in the room with her one was her assistant and the other was this young boy i believe he was there for training anywho after she injected the needle her assistant asked if i was ok i told her that regina was being ruff she comes over literally trying to argue with me about how she wasn't being ruff so at this point we're going back and forth so she tells me if it's going to he like this i don't think we start i said well i guess not so i turn the to boy that was there and say so was she or was she not being ruff he's looking lost like as if he didn't know what was going. so after me being pissed off her assistant at this point is trying to dead the situation she's like it's ok let's just get this over with so now regina is calm after the tooth was out she said little to nothing to me and she walks out with the boy, her assistant stayed with me the whole time comforting me you would think it would be the doctor doing the comforting since i was her patient but she was very rude and showed no sign of happy action. the procedure was quick. but i do not recommend anyone going to her. i gave 2 stars only because of the assistant and how nice she was to me. regina can go to hell!
