The service department here is phenomenal, featuring warm and welcoming staff members. I would like to express my gratitude to Evan Kallas and his team. After over a year of having my car serviced at this location, I am thoroughly satisfied. It’s a long overdue recognition for Mr. Chip Booth, whom I’ve had the pleasure of working with closely and wouldn’t have it any other way. His professionalism is unmatched, and he is simply irreplaceable. Chip brings a refreshing energy, demonstrating patience, expertise, integrity, and, most importantly, a great sense of humor. While car servicing isn't usually enjoyable, knowing I get to see his cheerful smile when I finalize my paperwork transforms the experience into something special each time. So I saw a used Toyota 4Runner on their website and reached out to the dealership. Received a call from a nice young man named Rhsaad.
He worked with me very smoothly since I was three states away. He sent me detailed videos and photos and also was able to get me a price on the car I was trading in. Went extremely smooth and within a few hours we had come to an arrangement. That was on a Saturday morning and since they were closed on Sunday, my wife and I drove up on Monday to pick the car up. They had everything ready in the car was prepared. The paperwork only took a few minutes and we were in and out of the dealership in less than 45 minutes, including a test drive.
Our experience with Hilton Head Lexus was very positive and I would strongly recommend them and would also purchase a car from them again in the future. Rhsaad in Sales and Jon in the Business Office we’re both extremely nice and extremely efficient. Thank you.!

I don’t post many reviews, but I absolutely had to with the amazing service I received! I just bought my first Lexus. We completed everything over the phone, and was literally the easiest experience ever. I highly recommend Jennifer (sales) and Jon (finance manager)! They are top notch.

As someone with a terrible experience at Mazda a few years ago when buying my MX-5, I have been skeptical setting foot into any dealer. However, my husband was dead set on getting a Lexus for our growing family. We went to a dealership close to our apartment and had an amazing experience there. The sales person we worked with referred us to Keiondre at Hilton Head Lexus. We test drove two cars near our apartment and finished up the allocating and signing with Keiondre.
For the entire process, no one pushed us to buy a car immediately and Hilton Head worked diligently to acquire the specific car i was looking for (that rare and beautiful copper crest). And what speaks volumes to us is that Lexus at Hilton Head was completely honest with us about certain charges and/or any constraints at the time. Coming in to trade in my car and sign for the new one went pretty quick and was not a painful drawn out process as you would expect with other dealerships.
We owe a big thank you to Keiondre and his entire team at Lexus Hilton Head for pulling a car from another state, understanding and working with our timeline, and answering any questions we had along the way!!!

Hilton Head Lexus made buying a car a pleasure. Impressively, they managed to obtain financing for a newcomer to the US (from Canada) at a reasonable rate. If you ever have to wait there, they have a comfortable area for that, complete with free high-quality coffees and soft drinks. I would certainly do business with HHL again.

Great customer service by Jennifer and Zoe!
But,Mandatory fees are ridiculous and shady. If the customer declines a $1700 upholstery warranty. That is it. You remove it. A company policy can be waived and you know it. Sad to still see businesses operate this way.
That fee isn't and shouldn't be part of the price...Period

We purchased a used Mercedes. The salesman assured us that everything that was original to the car was included. He told us that no parts had been replaced or were missing though the vehicle had been in a minor accident. He assured us that the vehicle has been through a 52-point check. Arriving home, we found a trim piece was missing from the front bumper. The sales manager Philip Muzi committed to pay for the trim piece. The front driver’s door has a defective door hinge, which makes a creaking noise. One day after paying for the car, we discovered an issue with the trunk latch. If the button is pressed to close the trunk, it will not stay closed. When the season changed and the weather turned cooler, we discovered that the heat doesn’t work. Replacing the bad thermostat will cost $600
