I met Kelli when I moved to menifee, everytime I’ve been in her office her bedside manners are always great. I’m always heard and she always listens - I always feel a sense of understanding and peace when I leave. I’ve never felt rushed or just prescribed meds, she always tries to figure out the root of my problems

The only doctor that cared enough to listen to me and find out what was causing my illness. Absolutely amazing! I've been sick since January and every doctor that I saw made me think it was all in my head. Not Kelli Smith. She was able to diagnose me in less that a month. The only reason why I no longer have to go all the way to San Diego to see my previous doctor. Thank you so much!!

My husband and had an insurance change last uggs due t his company being purchased. We had to leave Kaiser which e both loved their service. Ihave only dealt with Kelli. I have yet to meet my primary care dr. Since Aug 2019
If it were not for Kelli I would have already left.
She provides great explanations and is on top of my health

Took mom for appt. At 1 and they took me in exactly at 1 sharp. Vanesa the assistant was very nice and helpful very good attitude.The same as Dr.Kelli Smith this is my 3rd time seeing Dr. Kelli.,and all the times very nice and good attitute as well as making us feel very comfortable with her.. Love this place the way they treat us. Well not change it for any other office..

Dr. Smith is the greatest. She listened and helped me 100%. Then I called back because I started to feel worse. Dr. Smith answered my concerns and gave me other things to do. That night I started to feel better. I can not thank Dr. Smith enough!

Very professional and sweet! She took her time to hear me out which is always a nice considering how sometimes things can seem too rushed, and you end up leaving your doctor's feeling worse then when you came in.

Dr. Smith is the best, I keep going back to her because she knows my medical history and always gives the best solution to my illness. Going to Rancho was the best decision ever.
