We used Montway to ship our car cross-country. We highly recommend them because they are straightforward in their pricing. The only upsell they tried to sell was an offer to reimburse us for damage so that we wouldn't have to deal with our insurance (they would handle the claim). We declined that offer.

Our only negative comments are minor: we got emails from them where they told us that "X" was going to handle our case, but whenever we called for him, they gave us someone else. I suspect they don't really assign one person to an order. Another comment was in scheduling for pickup where they ask you to pick a "business day," which they told me means Monday to Friday, for the opening of a 72-hour window. I asked, "Don't drivers work on weekends?" They said some do but they don't count as business days! This is another area where they'd love you so say you need it on a specific day and for that, they charge extra. I started my window on a Friday. They picked up my car on a Sunday. My driver said he couldn't drive on the streets near me (which wasn't exactly true) so I met him a mile away. The same thing happened when he delivered the car; he told my relative he couldn't drive in their neighborhood but this wasn't true.

I'll end with a big compliment: the driver was very careful when loading. I thought he was alone but somehow he made it cross-country in about three days!

Montway did a fantastic job getting my vehicle to me as fast as possible. Even with a winter storm effecting most of the country and Interstates closed, their driver still stayed on the job and drove all night to get my vehicle to me on time. Their customer service was also excellent and easy to work with. They made certain to get me the best price possible after I had attempted to hire another company that jerked me around. Other than some dirt from the road, my vehicle arrived in perfect condition. I’m very pleased with Montway

Excellent customer service. Picked up my truck on the first day I was available to ship. Driver showed up within the pickup window and delivered to Florida with no issues. Dispatcher kept in touch with all travel updates. Would use their service again without hesitation.

Customer service was superb along with communication between chats, text messages and via emails. The condition of the vehicle arrived well and safe to its destination. Very responsive during the planning phase. Vehicle took one night to get here vs the 2-4 days quoted. Truck was really nice hauler, not one of the beat down trucks you sometimes see. Hauled my 67 Camaro perfectly, some really nice super cars were in the trailer too. Think you’re in good hands here.
