Miriam Levitt listens and provides advice she is very honest and truthful. She has been so extremely helpful medically and personally. Shame on those that judge. She is an amazing and cares for her patients. She has called me to check up when I was sick just to make sure I was okay.

I have had to wait so long IN the room in the past that I’ve had to walk out….today was only different because I had no where to be. I arrived early for my appointment and still waited an hour to be seen for an annual well woman. She didn’t ask me ANYTHING about medications, except if I was on birth control. I have a very painful wart on my finger, under my nail bed that she explained she couldn’t do anything for because they no longer have the nitrous post pandemic (not sure what that has to do with nitrous, but 👌🏻). The after visit summary says she provided “counseling” for a number of things we didn’t even talk about. Now….the real problem here is her appearance. She looks more like someone who works in a cross dressing nightclub, or walking the streets. She’s always had a dramatic appearance with makeup and even her hair color, but this was a new level. BRIGHT red (not natural red either) hair color, false lashes complete with winged eyeliner, FURRY high heel boots, workout leggings and rhinestone bra (which was visible through a sheer space in her top) has clenched it for me. I’ll be finding a new nurse practitioner. I’m astonished that this passes for professional in the medical field. Absolutely ridiculous. Shame on Northwest Medical Group for passing this on as professional medical care.

I 100% agree with the review below me. Miriam is extremely thorough and very educated/knowledgeable in all areas. I never feel rushed or brushed off, that my visit is of value, and I leave with answers to my issues. She truly cares for your well-being. She is also usually able to see you on short notice.
If you want top-notch quality, definitely see her.
If want a drive-thru doctor, look elsewhere.

Wow. The previous reviewer has no clue what Miriam Levitt is all about. I have had Miriam as my doctor serving under Nikki Donaldson since I left Dr. Lozano there at Northwest Medical Group back in 2012. For seven years she has treated me. She convinced me to get my prostate out rather than take the chance of cancer metastasizing. So I am cancer free now. Maybe she does have longer appointments than most doctors, but there's a reason for that, not because she's slow. It's BETTER SERVICE' for which one must be willing to wait. Additionally, with what other doctor at Northwest Medical Group can one get an appointment so easily? Miriam gives her patients the 'straight' story...nothing sugarcoated. I respect her more for that. The last reviewer made it sound like she'd had her car stolen from the parking lot...a woe is me attitude. Believe me, I am 65 years old and have had many procedures and many doctors. Miriam is in the top 5 of all doctors (specialists or family practice), and number 1 or 2 in the family practice doctors I have had. I highly recommend her. She is a true medical professional, offering her patients the truth and accurate diagnosis/treatment protocols. 5 stars is probably too low of a rating for her. PA's are always more friendly as well. She's a gem. Change your doctor and have her treat you if you don't believe me.

Being with Northwest Medical Group and Miriam Levitt has been one of the worst decisions. Wait times are always at least an hour and when you do see Miriam, she never has information for you. Her top choices of reasons you aren’t feeling well are: too much hot sauce, pulled muscle, or internalized stress. It’s truly a disappointment knowing that you’ll have to wait weeks on end to see her just to hear her reasoning on why your intense abdominal pain to the point of being unable to get out of bed for a week straight is caused by hot sauce or that cold you “may have had” for half a day. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

One of the best doctors, she goes trhough all test, blood test etc and she can sometimes see you till late in the afternoon, there are times that she is worrking till 6pm..exelent doctor. Very flexible.
