The best! We switched over to PGV several months ago and absolutely love them! We always are able to get same day appointment or first thing the next day. Dr. A and her NP are so kind and listen to all your concerns. Staff is amazing and are always on time! Could not recommend more!

Dr. A has been our pediatrician for the past 6 years. She is very patient, kind, and empathetic. I love that she doesn't rush to prescribe medications and she let's us take our time when deciding on the vaccination schedule. I like that she offers natural options for dealing with my girls illnesses when they have them. I've never had an issue with billing, scheduling appointments, or long wait times. My girls look forward to their well visits every year!

We took our newborn son in for his first appointment and they made us pay almost $300 because he was not showing on the insurance. The only reason his name did not show on the insurance is because he was just born one week prior to his first appointment so obviously he would not show up. We confirmed with our insurance that he would automatically be covered under the insurance for his first 31 days of life under the newborn policy which would give my employer time to permanently add him on. Regardless of them still denying our insurance we went ahead and paid the $300 cash price. After we paid we saw that they still submitted the claim to the insurance even though they made us paid cash in person. The claim they submitted came back as paid by the insurance so they were basically paid twice. They also billed for a routine office visit and a regular office visit in the same appointment which does not make sense. A couple weeks later we tried to take our son for his second routine checkup and they tried to make us pay again claiming we don’t have insurance even though two weeks prior they submitted a claim to my insurance under my newborn which came back paid by the insurance provider. It’s been over a month now and I still haven’t received a refund for that first office visit or a callback like I was told I would. This is very concerning and I hope someone takes a look into this practice. There is no reason you should bill a routine office visit and regular office visit during the same visit. Be very careful if you decide to use this practice. Listen to the other reviews. They have bad reviews for a reason, especially when it comes to the insurance and money.

🗨 Proud PGV parent 💙🩵. Since birth, my daughter has been cared for by Dr. Agrawal & the PGV team. Very thankful to have selected a team that listens & advise... instead of forcing their opinion on the parent & dismissing the childs voice... My Daughter is 11 years old now....A bit shy & rather timid but learning to speak up for herself... both the staff & Dr. Agrawal listened to her request/concerns & validated them. 💜🩷💜 I’m always met with the utmost respect and professionalism from the moment I enter the door till the end of my visit. The staff is always so supportive and attentive to our needs.

I’ve been going here since my son was born. I chose this facility because they LISTEN to what moms want and don’t force things that you aren’t comfortable with. Knowledgeable and kind. Best part, they’re able to get you in most times the SAME DAY. So for sick kids this is perfect because I don’t want to be waiting a few days for an appt.
As far as the other reviews about insurance, I did have to pay the cash price on his first appointment until insurance was able to add my son. But, once he was added to my insurance the office billed the insurance as usual and gave me a check for the cash price I paid. This took about a month or so. Of course, this would only apply to moms of newborns. If your child is older and already on your insurance then ignore the cash payment part. Business as usual. Super smooth process in my opinion. 100% worth it and I can’t see myself ever leaving.

I took My daughter to see dr. Agrawal and let me tell y’all she’s is amazing. I was Worried that i would Get any help for my daughter because I’m self pay and i have Been to other clinics who don’t treat my daughter the best because we don’t have insurance but dr.Agrawal was amazing she told me what was wrong with my daughter didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. My daughter is now better i would Definitely recommend. The staff was super friendly my daughter felt so comfortable with the MA that was attending us. Love it. It was also so clean and no wait time !

I literally felt threatened by Priya the owners daughter her attitude of entitlement and arrogance is reminiscent to a bully. Stating my child won’t be seen until a pay a 35.00$ fee a fee they claim a occurred and apparently is my fault a fee from oct 2020 not to mention I’ve been to this clinic many times since then. Stating we won’t see your son until it’s paid, or snapping in arrogance stating she won’t argue with me but arguing to her is asking questions and standing your ground. Priya will try to push you around and then chuckle because there’s no one higher up. I am very disappointed dr.arrgawhal never hire your daughter as manager she’s shouldn’t be office manger her views are bias and she is very entitled. I left the appt after I was bullied by Priya because I was to uncomfortable to let this clinic vaccinate my son (I was also offered a refund by the doctor and when I asked for it via phone Priya her daughter said no) I will be posting this in all mom groups on FB so other moms do not make the same mistake choosing her to have your families best interest (beware of her she’s in the blue on the picture posted)

My kids have been seeing Dr. Agrawal for many years. She has always been professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and very understanding. She takes time to answer questions and provide information to ensure I understand what is going on and what the next steps should be. I have always been able to get a same day appointment if one of my kids got sick, which gives me peace of mind. I have never had an issue with my health insurance or with the payment process. I highly recommend PGV Pediatrics!
