Gustavo was very helpful with my issue that needed to be resolved. I was unaware you had to call them to close your account once your loan was paid off so they took an extra payment from my bank account. Gustavo gets 5 stars for being helpful and friendly. I give the business 4 stars because there should be a faster way to receive a refund. 10-14 business days to receive a check in the mail is inconvenient. But that was my only issue working with this company for 6 years. Other than that it has been a smooth process!

Love how convenient this service is. It makes the payments for us on time and if ever there is an issue, they are phone call or text away, we recently realized that our next check would be short hours and needed to adjust our automatic payment. I called about an issue I was having with locating my loan account number needed for my payments to go to my lender. I was assisted by Jonathon, and together we were able to figure out that the dealership mistakenly added the wrong lender to my account. Jonathon was able to fix this issue for me by adding the correct lender information so my payments could go through properly for now on. Jonathon answered every question of mine in a clear manner, and he was very patient and kind while resolving my issue. I highly recommend his service! 🙂
