Dr Dayron Labrada Capestany is a really good doctor! He was thorough, calm (with my toddler screaming), and professional. He explained what could be causing the fever in my toddler and we took blood sample and he was correct about the issue! He even called to explain the lab results. Thank you!!

I went to Pediatric Associates West-Kendall Offices two times last week.

The last time I went to pediatric associates was with my youngest to see Dr. Romano-Silva, her assistant was polite at first but too strong, in my opinion, to deal with kids, even rude to a certain point. She surprised us and didn't alert us, it was supposed to check first, she went straight to the swabbing. I could say she scared us when she did it. Sadly I was trusting she would allow me to prepare my kid.

I went the day before too, with my other kid, that time with Dr. Labrada-Capestany same symptoms and everything. He was very kind and careful, took the time and talked, and explained to us how it was going to be uncomfortable but necessary, alerted us before proceeding, and that let me prepare and comfort my kid beforehand.

It should be always like that, kids deserve better, and it is already threatening for them just to get into de doctor's office. The first time was so fine and smooth, maybe that is why it made it so disappointing the last time.

I have been unhappy with this location for years and haven’t switched pediatricians just out of not wanting to deal with the hassle but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the Dr. We saw this time, Dayron Labrada, he was so great with us and made us feel at ease. I will certainly be requesting all my daughters’ visits with him , my only concern now is my daughters blood results came back and there is something that I want to discuss and left a message for the office but didn’t hear back hopefully I hear from them tomorrow

Dr. Capestany is by far, the best pediatrician my children have ever had the pleasure of having. He is definitely great with children, he is very open and honest about everything. He takes their health very seriously. Overall, he is amazing!!
