Does not answer the phones , I’ve called 4 times and had to leave a message all 4 times. I received a return phone call 2 times, during business hours when I was working, asking me to call back… I called back as soon as I got the message and both times I had to leave a message, again. The last 2 times I did not even receive a call back. Why would I have someone for pain management that is this irresponsible?!

Absolutely do not use her if you are in pain and need medication. She does not follow up or return calls. She does not call in prescriptions after appointments. My grandmother had an appointment and a week later still had not received her medication. My grandmother has used her for years and she has just gotten worse and worse. The receptionist and nurse are very rude and not helpful. After calling everyday for a week we finally had to go back yo the office for medication, and were still told the message would be relayed. And still nothing save yourself the headache find a different doctor!!!

This doctor' office/service is extremely lax in returning calls, answering questions, helping new patients, or having competent staff. They immediately and curtly state that referrals are needed and then when referrals are sent, they somehow disappear. I went through almost two weeks with the referrals sent twice only to have them claim that they were not received when the referring doctor's office received confirmation that the faxes were indeed received. Look for help somewhere else.

I absolutely loved her presence, her knowledge, and the time spent explaining things to me. I liked how she didn't try to shove another toxic and addictive drug at me. I can see how people can misuse certain medications. as a fellow nurse, I have had colleagues and patients who became addicted to certain narcotics, especially in today's uncertain circumstance. I can't wait for my follow up to get non-invasive treatment options.

I would like to take this opportunity to say that Dr Shetty, M. is Awesome! The concern and care she gives her patients along with the time spent with them is to be praised. The first thing she asked me about was why and how long I had been walking with a shuffle? After telling her and other symptoms she informed my PCP to do a referral to a neurologist due to possible Parkinson disease. Her care goes above and beyond the pain spectrum. I would recommend Dr Shetty, M. to everyone in need of a caring pain management Dr.!!

spine&pin centers dr shetty i can't get a hold of her whe i need her.they don't answer my call .and is always live a message if you can't get a hold of them they don't care.what the problem is and if i by luck you talkto them.wish you won't them you don't know if the doctor is getting the message they don't car so i go in person to see if i can talk to shetty and is always she's too busy i am a patient too. i felt over 150ft in 92 on new year's eve in statin isaten working on a boiler there i brock my back and the doctor that day told me party is over this not temporary pain.this is a lifetime of pain i got two-6-in rods holding my spine wire-mesh- boats-and lot more what i got is premanent this was 20years ago it's like it happenedyesterday there is no cure for what i got what makes her think that she can fixmy back it's permanet hydrocodone i could function work at home but not without that pill they shouldn't try to play god.

I had 6 SHOTS given, by Dr. Mangala Shetty assisted by the Office Manager....and Both were caring and EXPLAINED everything, before and during the procedures of the 3 SHOTS to each side of my lower back. A Very PLEASANT visit.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! It took me 6 phone calls to get an appointment. When I arrived, I was told I had NO appointment and that SOMEONE called me 3 days prior to reschedule me. IWAS HOME ALL DAY w MY PHONE THAT DAY. THAT NEVER HAPPENNED! This place deserves NO STARS!
