Word of warning,
Estimated treatment costs was not what they had told me explicitly ahead of time. Surprised by 300$ extra charges.
Lesson learned, paid, moved on and found office with more integrity.
Dr.Freeman retired, new owner seems to resemble more the " make a quick buck" type. Just my impression and experience.

First Appointment I got out of the Car and the Receptionis met Me at the Door. She informed me that Dr.Freeman had retired and the new Dr wasn't there. No phone Calls just wait till I get there. Second Appointment I sat three hours waiting to be seen. Then for the first time in 20 years a get a $400 Bill. I have good insurance and never get a Dr Bill. I'm done with them.

Booked appointment 3 weeks, called confirmed 2 days before all good. Arrive for appointment and was told that doctor doesn't work here anymore and you have no appointment and sent away

I am over the moon happy with the quality of care and the services rendered throughout my entire staff. You’re greeted by Ms.Maria always with a smiling face eager to help. All the M.A.s are kind and respectful. I enjoy every visit I have ever had there.

Since Dr. Freeman left I have completely lost all confidence in this business and their practices. They prescribed me a topical medication that provided me with chemical burns on my face. When told they would be referring me to an allergist, I myself had to follow up several times only to be told I had never been referred and I had to remind them that this was the plan of action. After the visit, I received a statement showing that their office had billed the wrong insurance. Once this was fixed after many messages left on my end as no one answers the billing line, I made a payment to their office only to realize they charged my account twice. Trying to get this corrected, has been nearly impossible all the while their office attempted to place the blame on me and told me to reach out to my bank. After an hour on the phone and the office insisting that they didn’t make an error, I had to contact my bank to issue stop payment and cut all further ties. I have since taken my business to Mid State Skin which have been amazing. I recommend anyone reading this to be diligent and do ample research before seeing this provider.

I can not believe this office is still in business and in charge of patients’ health.

Unprofessional and impersonal. Front office did not care to help explain anything in scheduling an appointment so upon arrival found out that what was actually needed could not be done and needed to be rescheduled. Another person in that office was almost in tears due to the same type of error on the part of reception and could not have their removal done. Doctor was very young and rushed through the appointment with little assistance or advice. She did not give the impression of being very helpful or knowledgeable. They seem more interested in making quick appointments to move people through and make as much money off of you and your insurance than actually caring about patients and practicing medicine. Not rescheduling, will be finding another provider. Highly advise anyone else to do the same.

I had a wonderful facial and paraffin hand treatment done by Sydney. She was amazing and my skin felt so good. It was a luxurious facial. The staff was so great and took the time to answer every question I had in regards to other services offered. Overall, incredibly happy with my services, so much so I’ve already made another purchase for another service! The decor and ambiance is just stunning. I’m from New York City and this place has luxurious NYC vibes but without the attitudes and ridiculous price points. I highly recommend this spa. Top Notch!

I haven’t had a good experience at a doctor’s office in a long time and this place was the biggest breath of fresh air. My son is 2 years old, suffers with eczema and is also very nervous around strangers. From the front desk staff, to the nurse and physician- every single person in that office was beyond kind and caring to us. They were patient and sweet and extremely knowledgeable. I felt relieved leaving the office knowing I have a team of professionals to help guide me through his skin issues. A nurse who wasn’t even working with us brought my son stickers on our way out. That might not seem like a big deal but with the experiences I’ve had lately at multiple doctors, it nearly brought me to tears. It’s doesn’t stop there either. After my visit, I needed a document to submit to my insurance that included a lot of specific information. I spoke with someone at the front desk (I wish I got her name!) and she remembered who we were right away. That’s such a good feeling especially at a doctors office that you’re not just a number. It shows they truly care and it’s something small that means so much. She then transferred me to Lisa in billing. Lisa emailed me a document with exactly what I needed no less than 5 minutes after we hung up. I am so, so grateful for this establishment and all of the employees. I cannot thank you all enough. You all go above and beyond and I hope this review reaches the office and everyone there gets the praise they deserve!
