Hoy Sabado 14 de septiembre a las 3:00pm, Muy mal servicio muy mala atención al cliente, mis hijas se atienden ahi desde que nacieron, hoy la llevo porque se le partió un diente y tenia cuabulo de sangre debajo del diente, es una emergencia y no la quisieron atender, pq es sabado y quiere irse a su casa. Y nunca le dio la cara solo la recepcionista, dio la cara. Tuve que salir con mi hija soltando sangre, y son clientas de hace anos en esa clinica, se ha vuelto una porqueria esa clinica, yo personalmente no le recomiendo esta clinica a nadie. No ponga. Sus hijos en manos de alguien sin amor a su trabajo, pq si tuvieran profecionalismo, la hubiera atendido.pinsenlo en poner sus hijos en manos de alguien que solo le importa cobrar su dinero y mas nada.

If there is a less negative star this people deserve it, I usually don't write negative reviews because some people can loose their jobs, but to be honest this life threaten and it needs to be reported, this called clinic its not been sanitize according to the rules and regulations, as soon as you walk in there you can tell it doesn't even feel like you are in the United States, I went for a regular cleaning when the doctor sees the Xray he made a suggestion to fix a filer something that was not bothering me at all, well I agreed bad decision, whatever they did when away maybe an hour later but I was in so much pain I said I'll go later I called a couple of times like usual they didn't answer the phone when they finally did after many attempts the receptionist told me that I didn't get anything done there i said what? so, I went in person the manager told the girls that whatever they did entering the information in the computer was wrong because they didn't enter it in the system correct, 15 minutes after the conversation they told me to go in so the doctor can check what happened they told me to laid down in a bed that looks old and dirty I asked for the disposable plastic cover the girl told me they didn't have any I said I am not going to laid there that is disgusting and i will report you. I really hope people know their rights and report and malpractice before worst things happen.

I have to say that everybody was very nice when I went for my first visit. They wanted me to do a deep cleaning but I declined it and just wanted a regular cleaning. The girl sped through the cleaning and there was toothpaste and spray everywhere. All of a sudden, she said she was done, and I said, aren’t you going to clean the tartar and plaque off my teeth? She said she’s only an assistant and not a dental hygienist so she’s not qualified to do that. I have been getting cleanings every six months my whole life and at the age of 70 I was floored when she told me this. Needless to say, I won’t be going back. What a disappointment! I wonder if the insurance company knows what they are doing, but then again they probably don’t care either.

Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas de verdad que la daría. Horrible atención y demasiado groseras las personas que me atendieron en el teléfono. Al principio te ponen el hold y lo entiendo tal vez están ocupadas pero cuando me van a atender le estoy haciendo una pregunta y en vez de decirme que le de un segundo ya que es nueva me pone en hold y me deja hablando sola sin contar con la actitud con la que me hablo y luego me habla otra persona a que me atiendan la cual tiene la misma actitud que la anterior.

Honestly I never leave reviews unless it's this bad.. this place is horrible and should be shut down, insurance fraud, terrible dental services, delayed simple procedures, unorganized, slow, and unprofessional. All other negative reviews are extremely accurate. I wouldn't bother with this office unless u dont value your time. Stay away, FIND ANOTHER DENTIST OFFICE!

The worst dentist ever. None of them have a single clue what the hell they’re doing and have no common sense whatsoever! We asked for an x-ray to be done at the appointment over the phone, but instead they just charged us for the retainers no x-rays or anything. After the appointment she told us they’ll be ready once they call. Hours went by and we called & she says they were ready but didn’t give us a call. we drive up there and have been waiting 45 mins for them to be “prepared” after they were already ready. We have issues every time we come here.

Llevo varios años atendiendo a mi hijo en esta consulta y nunca había tenido ninguna situación, para comentar. Pero de hace un tiempo para acá, el staff del front desk no ha sido el mejor. Hay maltrato a los pacientes y familiares y no tiene la mejor educación y ética para atender un lugar como este. En el día de hoy tuve la experiencia q fui a la consulta y la Srta q me atendió me discutía q me cita no era a las 2.30pm sino a las 3pm, después q me llamaron, me dejaron un Voicemail y después yo llamé para confirmar y me lo hicieron para las 2.30pm, además la Srta no me dejo explicarle, en fin q tampoco tiene educación para dejar hablar a las personas. Creo q deberían mejorar este servicio al cliente q me parece es bastante malo.
